Superman, Indian Chief: (Superman) a man claiming to be the last descendant of the tribe that sold metropolis island to the white man produces documents claiming the man who sold it wasn't chief at the time, making the original sale illegal and him the owner of the entire island. the courts uphold his claim and he starts charging outrageous rent or demolishing buildings so Superman goes back in time to find the truth and causes the chief to be deposed. the tribe names him Flying Eagle and makes him chief, selling the island legally as he wished.
